We are continuously refining our recipes to raise the bar for Mexican-Californian food in Berlin. We prepare everything in the store from scratch, using fresh ingredients that are delivered to our restaurant every day. We squeeze boxes of fresh lime by hand to season our food and prepare our homemade lemonades. Our Carnitas – a special version of the traditional pulled pork – is braised for hours at low temperature. Our guacamole is made from ripe Hass avocados that we mash by hand. We take liberties to interpret Mexican food in a modern way. One of our key additions was to introduce quinoa to our menu. It’s a seed not a grain. It’s also super healthy and tastes awesome with our lime and cilantro seasoning.
